My stay at the Embassy Suites Chattanooga Hamilton Place had its ups and downs. The breakfast options were fantastic, with made-to-order omelets and a great variety of food, which was definitely a highlight. However, my experience was marred by poor customer service at check-in that left a sour taste. Also, the housekeeping service was lacking during my visit, where I had to repeatedly request cleaning. Overall, there were some great aspects, but significant issues need addressing.
